Shirli heads the employment and immigration practice. She joined the firm in 2007 to become a
partner in June 2017. Shirli assists some of clients like Shell, Zara, Ericsson, Dompé, Vodafone,
Microsoft, Mediterranean Shipping Company, etc. and advises global HR and law firms like
Baker Hughes, Fragomen, Ius Laboris on Albanian employment and immigration legal and
practical matters.
Shirli is a Member of National Reconciliation Office, representing some prominent employers’
organizations on collective labour disputes matters.
