On December 3, 2018, KALO&ASSOCIATES participated at the CEE/SEE Arbitration Workshop, organized and held by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Vienna Office), with the presence of more than 50 lawyers of the most prominent Law Firms in 21 Counties across the CEE/SEE Region. The scope of the Workshop was to enhance the cooperation and create synergies between Law Firms in order to better serve the interests of our Clients in a Global, Regional and Local scenario with reference to the Cross-border and International Arbitration.

More specifically, the Workshop was focused on the Arbitration regarding Finance disputes, Post M&A disputes, Energy disputes, Investment arbitration and some of the cutting-edge challenges of this Century, such as the Intellectual Property and Climate change Arbitration.
