Senior Associate

Elira HRONI holds the position of the Senior Associate at the Finance & Tax Department. She has extensive experience in the process of establishment and licensing of financial institutions providing legal and regulatory advice on all aspects of compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing, drafting and reviewing of internal policies and procedures, anti-money laundering and other banking corporate matters. Mrs. Hroni has advised on complicated financing structures in Albania, including assisting in drafting of security documents and performing all relevant applications across various sectors. She has been part of the team that has advised and assessed transaction agreements and has contributed in drafting of different legal opinion related to financing from foreign reputable banks.
