"ALBANIA RATIFIES UN CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS"
The Republic of Albania has ratified the UN Convention “On International Sale of Goods” pursuant to Law no.10092, dated 9.3.2009 “On the adherence of the Republic of Albania to the United Nations Convention “On International Sale of Goods” that had came into force on 17.4.2009. As provided for under the Constitution of the Republic of Albania as an international agreement having been ratified by law, this convention shall now constitute part of the internal legal system and shall rank senior to laws that are not compatible with it. In ratifying this convention the Republic of Albania becomes its 74th State Party.
